This notice explains, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“the Law”), how Yetkindent Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic (“the Polyclinic”) processes personal data collected through this website.

Personal data we process
- Identity and contact: the name and phone number you enter in the appointment form, and the subject and preferred time you choose.
- Security and usage: technical records needed for the website to work and, if you consent, visit statistics collected through analytics cookies.
The website forms do not ask for health information. Information about your health is collected only during your examination, for the purpose of providing care.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Responding to your appointment request and scheduling it: Article 5(2)(c) of the Law (directly related to establishing a contract) and your explicit consent given through the form checkbox (Article 5(1)).
- Keeping the website secure and working properly: Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest).
- Measuring website use statistically: only with your explicit consent in the cookie banner (Article 5(1)).
How data is collected and transferred
When you complete the appointment form, your details are turned into a message in your browser and, with your approval, sent to the Polyclinic through WhatsApp; they are not stored on the website’s server. Because WhatsApp operates on servers outside Türkiye, using this channel means your data is transferred abroad on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 9 of the Law. You can make an appointment by phone instead if you prefer.
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law; lawful requests from authorised public bodies are reserved.
Retention
Contact details relating to an appointment request are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request; if treatment begins, the retention periods set by health legislation apply.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion or destruction; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
